Workshops, One-2-One's and lashings of Olive Oil..
There’s something undeniably powerful about seeing yourself reflected in art rather than a mirror—not just metaphorically, but quite literally. The curves, the edges, the squidgy shapes that make up our form. In a world that constantly tells us to shrink, smooth, and sculpt, this process creates awareness. Witnessing yourself with fresh, compassionate eyes, saying F off to everything outside yourself that has made you feel less than your entire life.
My Body Impression Workshops and One-to-One Private Sessions aren’t just about making art; they’re about experiencing yourself in a new way. It’s a process that invites you to step out of your head and into your body—whether you come to celebrate, to heal, to process, or simply to play.

Art as Expression, Healing as a Byproduct
We all carry stories in our skin. Scars, stretch marks, lines that trace the map of our laughter and heartache. Whether you're navigating body image struggles, processing a life transition, recovering from surgery, or simply wanting to embrace the skin you're in, these sessions offer a space to explore, express, and let go.
Using an oiling method—olive oil, to be precise—we create impressions that translate the language of the body into art.
The process is tactile, grounding, and deeply personal. The pigment dust settles into the oil, revealing the intricate beauty of what we often take for granted. You see yourself not as a collection of flaws or expectations, but as something real and human.
Confidence, Connection & Creative Liberation
So many women arrive at these sessions with hesitation, with old narratives playing on repeat—‘I’m not artistic,’ ‘I don’t like my body,’ ‘I feel awkward’—and I get it. We’ve been conditioned to hide, to cover up, to avoid being seen. But something incredible happens when you let go of those thoughts, even for a moment. You get to play. To explore. To push past personal limitations in a space free of judgment.

And what’s even more beautiful? You don’t do it alone. In the workshops, you’re surrounded by other women, each on their own journey but united in the experience. There’s laughter, vulnerability, and a kind of unspoken support that makes the whole thing feel sacred. In private sessions, you have my full guidance, allowing for deeper exploration and one-on-one reflection on body acceptance and personal growth.
By the end, you leave not only with artwork but with a renewed sense of self. A little lighter, a little bolder, and hopefully, a little more in love with the body that carries you through life.
So, whether you’re coming for fun, for healing, for curiosity, or just for the sheer joy of getting covered in oil and pigment, these sessions are here for you.
Art is therapy. Art is liberation. And you, just as you are, are worthy of being celebrated.
