This Workshop is designed to be fun, casual, and creative, with the focus on bringing women together to share, explore and experiment with the body impression method I use in my art practice.
“I create safe, transformative spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies through art, storytelling, and self-expression. Through my workshops and one-on-one sessions, I guide women in shifting self-doubt into self-acceptance—using creativity as a tool for healing. My mission is to normalize real bodies, celebrate individuality, and empower women to see themselves as works of art. This isn’t about ‘fixing’—it’s about freeing. Every woman deserves to feel at home in her own skin.”
We’ will be using a simple oiling method, which involves applying a natural oil (olive or vegetable oil) to body parts, pressing onto paper, and dusting with pigment to reveal the impression. This approach avoids the need for paint application directly to the skin, making it a less messy and allergy-friendly process.
After creating the impressions, I’ll guide you in further embellishing your artwork with words, patterns, or designs that resonate with you and your body. This step adds a personal, reflective touch to the pieces, and I’ll demonstrate techniques during the session.

**Please note**
There is absolutely no pressure to be fully naked. You’re welcome to participate and create impressions in whatever makes you feel comfortable—whether that’s underwear, yoga wear, or fully clothed. This workshop is all about celebrating your creativity and comfort in a supportive, judgment-free space.
