An Immersive Journey of Self-Acceptance Through Art
​This deeply personal session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, shift self-perception, and embrace self-acceptance through the transformative process of body impression art. By engaging in this creative practice, you’ll cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself—one that ripples positively into all aspects of your life.

Whether you’re looking to foster more love and acceptance toward your body, or you’re on a journey of healing from an operation, medical trauma, or a life-changing experience, this session provides a safe space for you to process, release, and create something meaningful in the process.

What to Expect in Your Session
✔ Guided Support & Safe Space – I will gently guide you through the body impression process, offering emotional support and techniques to deepen your self-awareness and connection to your body.
✔ Your Choice of Medium – Select between expressive paint or the oil & pigment powder method to create your unique impressions.
✔ Creation of Five Original Artworks – Together, we will create five unique body impressions on high-quality paper, each capturing a raw and powerful reflection of your journey. You’ll take these home as a lasting reminder of your experience.
✔ Personalized Self-Love Guidance – Throughout the session, we’ll discuss any self-acceptance challenges you’re facing. I’ll offer tailored insights, self-awareness techniques, and ways to continue using body impression art as a tool for healing and self-love.
✔ Continued Support – Your session includes two follow-up calls (via Zoom or Google Meet) to check in on your progress, answer any questions, and support your ongoing journey.
